450g about 4 boneless skinless chicken breastst 30ml (2 T) olive oil 125ml (1/2 c) Hot/ Chili Sauce 2.5ml (1/2 t) paprika 2.5ml (1/2 t) garlic powder Pinch of salt 6 large flour tortillas 125ml (1/2 c) Garlic Mayo dressing 125ml (1/2) humus 1 head Romaine lettuces, chopped 2 large tomatoes, sliced 1 small cucumber, sliced 250ml (1 c) shredded cheddar cheese Instructions Slice chicken breast into several long, thin strips. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Add chicken and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes or overnight for best results. In a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken strips. Cook until no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, place tortillas on a clean flat surface and spread with a thin layer of garluc mayo and humus. Layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and cheese. Arrange a few chicken strips down the center of each tortilla. Wrap tightly, like a burrito. Serve with a side of hot sauce or extra dressing, if desired! Enjoy!
