2 cups diced pineapple 2 cups diced Roma tomatoes 1 small yellow orange bell pepper ½ small red onion finely diced 2 finely diced jalapeno pepper 30g Coriander, chopped 1 tbsp honey 1 lime, zest and juice Salt to taste In a bowl add all the ingredients together, mix and combine well. Set aside in the refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to get all the flavours infused together, toss and serve.
