Please share with us an experience that almost destroyed you, an experience that almost cost you your life, however you decided to go out there and Fetch Your Life
Growing up I had a very low self-esteem, where I doubted myself a lot, especially when I developed stretch marks on my skin that made me feel less beautiful. This experience made me feel insecure
How has this experience impacted your life?
It has impacted me in a positive way, a lot of women experience skin condition and I had to first accept what I have that way I was able to feel comfortable and love my skin regardless of its imperfections.
Do you think that had it not been for this experience you would have become the person you are?
I believe everything happens for a reason, I am what I am because of my experiences and past. I wouldn’t change anything about my experiences because I wouldn’t have developed the courage and self confidence in myself, life is a series full of new things to learn everyday
What advise do you have for someone that has been through the same experience?
Embrace your beauty in and out, never be hard on yourself. Self-love and self-discovery are a journey. And it is not easy to love yourself but the moment you start loving yourself you’ll see yourself differently
What does women Empowerment mean to you?
Women empowerment means supporting one another as women to discover self-empowerment, potential and uplift one another.
What are some of your achievements?
It is a great privilege to be the first Miss face of Azania the experience helped me to grow and boost my self-steam.
What inspired you to join pageantry?
When I first watched Miss South Africa, the pageantry world gives women the opportunity to educate and give the voice of hope to our society
